About Save A Life Campaign
Our campaign is a “work in progress” and is evolving. We did not want to wait another day, hour, or moment before we begin this journey. We have already lost too many lives.
What We Want To Do:
- Raise awareness in the community that there is an epidemic of bad choices being made by our loved ones which is killing them.
- Identify the “cure” for this epidemic as being moral courage.
- Give support to those who want to save lives by providing resources in the community.
- Change the culture to reward these quiet acts of courage which save lives.
- Save one life at a time, starting with our own.

February 13, 2011I always knew that these things went on coming from being depressed as a teen myself, but it never hit me until my daughter who is now 16 began cutting years ago. She has battled depression from about the 7th grade and we have never known how to get her help as we don’t have the financial resources for counseling, although the times we have even attempted she didn’t like what they said. I worry about her everyday that she will either do something or ruin her life. She attaches herself to boys who aren’t going to go anywhere and claims to love them. Where do people turn for help when they don’t even feel accepted within the church because they are not of the right social status?
